The Imperial Grand Tour

Casablanca • Rabat • Fes • Marrakech

The Journey

Four imperial cities, twelve unhurried days. The Grand Tour is our most complete portrait of Morocco — from the Atlantic light of Casablanca to the medieval heart of Fes, ending under the Atlas in Marrakech.

You travel by private car with a host who knows which door to knock on: the artisan still working brass by hand, the riad courtyard kept cool at midday, the rooftop where the call to prayer folds over the medina at dusk. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is left to chance.

Journey Highlights

  • Hassan II Mosque above the Atlantic
  • The medieval medina of Fes
  • Private artisan workshops
  • Jemaa el-Fna at dusk
  • Cedar forests of the Middle Atlas

The Itinerary

An unhurried arc across Casablanca • Rabat • Fes • Marrakech. Every stop is a suggestion, shaped to you.

  1. Days 1–2

    Casablanca — Atlantic Arrival

Met on landing and settled into the city. A private visit to the Hassan II Mosque, its floor opening to the sea, then Art-Deco boulevards and a first Moroccan table.

  2. Days 3–4

    Rabat — The Capital’s Gardens

The Kasbah of the Udayas above the river, the ruins of Chellah reclaimed by storks and figs, and the calm of a capital few travellers pause in.

  3. Days 5–7

Fes — The Living Medieval City

Three days inside the world’s largest car-free medina: the tanneries, the Al-Qarawiyyin, and workshops where zellij and brass are still cut by hand.

  4. Days 8–9

    The Middle Atlas

North to south through cedar forest and Barbary macaques, the alpine town of Ifrane, and long views opening toward the south.

  5. Days 10–12

    Marrakech — The Red City

The Bahia Palace, the Majorelle garden, and the theatre of Jemaa el-Fna at nightfall, before a private transfer home.
